We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This applies to plan purchases and Private Race creation fees.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at office@lrace.pro.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the order or transaction identifier.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

Duplicate charges and confirmed technical billing errors are always refunded, regardless of when they are reported.

After the 30-day period

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date are reviewed case by case and may depend on applicable law, duplicate charges, technical billing errors and service-specific circumstances.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
